Once again, Gallery A returns with a stunning exhibit featuring dynamic expression and furious movement. Nancy Angulo
’s powerful sculptures of horses and dramatic abstractions breathe life into the corners of Gallery A. Her exhibit encompasses a desire for change and tangible accomplishments in everyday life.

Angulo’s incredible sculptures of the horse impose trails of inspiration and essences of the intangible divine upon the beholder.  According to Angulo, “Sculpture demands of the artist a deep understanding of the form, accompanied by a sentiment of dominion, to see in the distance and have the ability to make changes that emerge powerfully, grandiosely, fantastic and unique.  It becomes part of our collective memory and reinforces and immortalizes the bronze piece”.
Angulo, a native of Peru, graduated from the School of Fine Arts in Lima in 1999 with the Nazca award for excellence in oil painting. Her professional studies include sculpture, oil painting, drawing, and lithography. Recognized in both private and public exhibitions, Angulo has been exhibited in the Peruvian-American Cultural Institute in Lima, at the Peruvian-British Cultural Association in Lima and at the Annual Drawing Exhibition at the School of Fine Arts in Lima.

Recently, Angulo held an exclusive exposition at the Peruvian Embassy in Washington, D.C.
In 2010 Nancy was accepted into the Biltmore Who's Who, an exclusive society and network of executives and professionals who have excelled in their respective professions. The majority of Nancy's art works reside in private collections in Peru, Spain, Germany, Australia and the United States.

All are invited to embrace Angulo’s stunning sculptures and abstractions. Gallery A is open Tuesday-Saturday 11am-5pm. For more information, please visit www.alexgalleries.com or like us on Facebook.
